Returns:

Our goal is to have few returns!  We really want you to be happy about any product you purchase through us.  We ask that you please look at the product pictures and read the product description carefully when selecting items as this will tell you all you need to make a good decision in purchasing our items.  We understand that sometimes it may not be what you thought it was.  We have a 7 day return policy for these instances.  You have 7 days from receipt of the item to return it to us in the same condition it came to you.  Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.  You will be refunded the product cost once we have received and inspected the item.  If the product was damaged during shipping, normal procedures will be followed to recoup the funds through the appropriate shipping company.

Shipping:

We ship Monday - Friday.  All orders will be shipped within two business days of the order.  Our business days are Monday - Friday, we do observe all Federal Holidays and will be closed on those days.  We generally use Ground Advantage shipping via USPS.  If you prefer another method please email us at [email protected] or use the "contact" tab on this website.

Digital Files:

Digital files that are ordered are for YOUR eyes only.  They cannot be distributed in ANY form via online and/or in hard copies.  If you have any problems with the digital file received please email us at [email protected] and we will work with you to get you a copy no matter what!

If you subscribe to our email list your email will be kept private.  We do not share or sell ANY info to any person and/or company.
